As winter invites us inward, we gather in a Circle of Love — a sacred space to soften, listen, and welcome the fullness of who we are. This retreat offers a sanctuary of rest, renewal, and connection, guided by the wisdom of Internal Family Systems (IFS), the grounding practices of Yoga, and the quiet spaciousness of meditation. Together, we will explore what it means to meet ourselves — and one another — with compassion, curiosity, and care.

IFS-Informed Practices

At the heart of this retreat are practices informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), a therapeutic model that fosters deep self-awareness and healing by recognizing the many “parts” that make up your inner world. Through gentle guidance and IFS-informed inquiry, you’ll learn to identify and connect with these parts—whether they are protective, wounded, or nurturing—and cultivate a compassionate relationship with each. By accessing your innate Self-energy, you’ll create harmony within, allowing space for profound transformation and inner peace.

Yoga Practices: Flow and Yin Yoga

Yoga will be a central part of your retreat experience, blending dynamic and restorative practices to nurture the body and mind.

  • All Levels Flow Yoga: These active, flowing sessions are designed to energize and strengthen your body while fostering a sense of grounding and focus. You’ll move through sequences that synchronize breath and movement, promoting alignment, strength, flexibility, stability, and a clear mind. Flow yoga encourages you to embody your Self-energy and create a smoother connection between your physical and emotional self.
  • Yin Yoga: In contrast, Yin Yoga invites you into stillness and deep relaxation. Through longer-held, passive postures, you’ll target connective tissues, release tension, and create space for introspection. This deeply meditative practice complements the inward journey of IFS, offering a sacred container for emotional release and healing.

Mindful Meditation
Meditation offers a thread of presence throughout our time together. Guided practices will invite you to rest into awareness, soften into breath, and welcome all that arises with loving attention. These moments of stillness will help anchor your journey, creating space for both insight and ease.

Sacred Nourishment
Our retreat is enriched by the beauty of nature and the nourishment of simple, wholesome pleasures. You’ll soak in natural hot springs, letting the warmth of the waters ease body and mind. Surrounded by the timeless presence of old-growth forest, you may feel the earth itself holding you in quiet renewal. Each day, you’ll be nourished with three fresh, delicious vegetarian meals crafted to support your well-being and deepen your connection with the rhythms of nature.

Whether you are seeking rest, renewal, or a deeper connection with your True Self, our Circle of Love retreat invites you home — to the sanctuary within and the love that holds us all.
