Ayurvedic Women’s Retreat: Soup for the Body, Mind and Soul

Step away from the noise of daily life and join us for a time of rest, connection with nature, conscious movement, and Ayurvedic practices. This retreat is designed to support you to align your body with the cycles of nature, the seasons, and your own inner waters.

Through the sister sciences of Ayurveda and yoga, we will explore womb health, nervous system regulation, and the art of rejuvenation. Whether you are in your moon-cycling years, perimenopause, or post-menopause, this retreat offers an opportunity to reconnect with your body’s innate creativity and welcome a sense of ease and joy into your daily life.

Throughout the weekend, we will explore Ayurvedic principles, yoga, meditation, and nourishing herbal support to promote balance within your body, mind and soul. Together we will open our hearts in song, connect through authentic sharing, and offer a loving space for you to be completely yourself.

Leave feeling nourished, grounded, and inspired with practical tools to continue supporting your well-being long after the retreat ends. May this be a gentle invitation to slow down, return home to yourself, and remember the profound healing that arises when women gather in community.
