Ayurvedic Women’s Retreat: Soup for the Body, Mind and Soul
Step away from the noise of daily life and join us for a dip into the river of Ayurvedic practices designed specifically for women who are cycling, in perimenopause, menopause or beyond. This retreat is set up to support you to align with the cycles of nature, your essence and the ojas (vitality) of your inner waters.
Throughout the weekend, we will explore Ayurvedic insights, yoga, meditation, pranayama, classical Indian singing, womb health, massage, nervous system attunement and the art of rasasyana (rejuvenation) to promote balance within your body, mind and soul.
Our time together will weave between practices, education, reflection, authentic sharing and an individual massage session.
Each participant has the opportunity to receive an individual 30 minute Ayurvedic breast massage to support breast health, rasa (lymph) and the heart chakra, with our licensed massage therapist, Ashley Elaine.
(It is important to us that you feel comfortable receiving massage. You may choose to receive over clothing, only upper chest/just below clavicles, or another variation.)
Leave feeling nourished, grounded, and inspired with practical tools to continue supporting your well-being long after the retreat ends. May this be a gentle invitation to slow down, return home to yourself, and remember the profound healing that arises when women gather in community.
