Rosh Chodesh Cycles and Flow: Flowing With Cycles, Slowing Within Cycles is a transformative retreat designed to support individuals in navigating the evolving phases of life with intention, self-awareness, and community connection. Through guided discussions, reflective exercises, and immersive experiences in nature, participants will explore the ways in which their bodies, responsibilities, capacities, boundaries, interests, and sources of pleasure shift over time. Rooted in the wisdom of Jewish tradition and the natural cycles of life, this retreat offers a space to slow down, take stock of where we are, and discern how we want to move forward with strength, intention, and compassion.

Over the course of the retreat, participants will engage in personal reflection, group dialogue, and meaningful rituals to cultivate a deeper understanding of their own life cycles. The program is structured around three key themes: Noticing where we are in our journeys, Exploring the challenges and transformations we are experiencing, and Navigating how we can flow with these changes rather than resist them. In an environment of openness and mutual support, the retreat empowers participants to embrace change with greater ease, gain clarity on their personal paths, and strengthen their connection to themselves, their community, and the rhythms of life.

This program is open to all who identify as women, and non-binary people who feel belonging in women-centered space.
