Together, we’ll blossom into our most radiant selves- from the inside out. This women’s retreat offers a thoughtfully curated journey through yogic practices including Restorative and Flow yoga, Myofascial Release, Meditation and Pranayama (breathwork). Participants will be guided to recognize and release unhelpful patterns, making space for authentic JOY to take root.
Join us in a sacred ceremony, nourishing self care rituals and a diverse array of yogic practices all designed to help you awaken, realign and rise. Soak in the beauty of transformation as you spring into the most vibrant, authentic version of yourself.

Thursday:
3pm Arrive get soaking
4pm Check into cabins
6pm Dinner
7pm-8:30pm – BHS orientation, ice-breakers, Restorative + MFR
Friday:
7:30 -8:15 am: Meditation & Pranayama (Anne)
8-9am Breakfast
11am-1pm: Yogic Practices to stoke our inner flames.
1pm Lunch
3-6pm Guided Partner Yoga & Thai Yoga Therapy

Saturday:
7:30am-8:15am: Pranayama, + Meditation
8-9am Breakfast
11am-1pm: Alignment based yoga workshop – Coming into alignment with who you are becoming
1pm-2pm: Lunch
Afternoon: Free time

7pm-8:30pm Fireside Ceremony in north wing

8-9am Group Breakfast in North Wing – Sharing circle
