Working with people in a capacity of being of service to others is a calling that is deeply rewarding. It also requires us to be in a practice doing our own work in order to heal and restore ourselves so we can be of better service to those we support and the people in our lives. Whether you are a therapist, coach, teacher, or practitioner of any kind, we need our own spaces to process, heal, share, and restore ourselves with other people who understand our journey. If this is part of your life then this retreat is for you.

Join us as we will embark on a weekend being unplugged in the beautiful natural environment of Breitenbush engaging in different practices and processes to connect with our vitality, presence, healing, and restoration. This retreat incorporates meditation and mindfulness practice, Introspective Breathwork (which is an evolution of holotropic breathwork), embodiment practices, nature based ritual, and group sharing process with the intention of resetting the nervous system, brain, body, and soul to a place of connected openness.

And don’t worry; there will be intentional breaks to utilize the pools and grounds of Breitenbush.
This event is a safe space and people of all genders, identities, and backgrounds are welcome.
