Kundalini Yoga For Conscious Communication
With Katy Le Bris and Saibhung Singh
October 9 - 11, 2026
CAN YOU SAY WHAT YOU MEAN—AND BE HEARD?
Interest free payment plan available with deposit and monthly installment payments.
Do your words often come out wrong, even when your intentions are good?
Have you ever wished you could speak with more purpose and a clearer voice?
What if the real message isn’t what you say… but the state you’re in when you say it?
This immersive Kundalini Yoga workshop explores conscious communication—not as “polished talk,” but as an embodied practice of presence, deep listening, and nervous-system awareness. Because communication isn’t always vocal and being “right” doesn’t always mean being heard.
Over the weekend, we’ll work with communication the way Kundalini Yoga approaches everything: through your breath, your energy, your attention, and your inner state. When your system is regulated, your inner and outer voice becomes clearer. When your presence is grounded, your words land differently. When you can listen without armoring up, connection becomes possible again.
Whether you’re drawn to Kundalini Yoga or simply seeking to relate more cleanly—with a partner, family members, coworkers, friends, clients, or yourself—this workshop offers a supportive and inclusive space to explore your voice, both literal and energetic. You’ll practice how to speak clearly without getting harsh, listen without collapsing or performing, and stay connected to yourself when things get charged.
Expect focused practice, honest reflection, strong regulation tools—and plenty of time to unplug, integrate, and soak in the hot springs.
WHY THIS, WHY NOW
In modern life, we’re communicating constantly—often while stressed, overstimulated, rushed, or emotionally loaded. We text instead of speak. We react instead of respond. We explain too much, say too little, or disappear entirely… and then wonder why nothing shifts. Conscious communication begins with a simple shift: the goal isn’t to “win” the conversation—it’s to stay present inside yourself while you speak and listen. This weekend is designed to give you clear, usable tools, including:
- Regulate your nervous system in real time
- Create spaciousness before you speak
- Listen deeply (without hooks or agendas)
- Build comfort with silence and stillness
- Use language more consciously and creatively
- Apply layered, repeatable tools in daily life
Communication isn’t just talking – and authenticity doesn’t have to be loud.
WHO CAN JOIN
This workshop is open to all bodies and all levels of experience with Kundalini Yoga and meditation. Whether you’re a longtime practitioner or completely new to this work, you’ll find tools that meet you where you are. This weekend is especially supportive if you:
- get emotionally overwhelmed mid-conversation
- tend to shut down or go blank under pressure
- over-explain, over-apologize, or lose your center
- struggle to name what you actually feel or want
- want to communicate with more clarity without becoming harsh
- want more depth in relationships, community, or professional interactions
Perfection not required–just willingness.
WHAT TO EXPECT
This weekend blends dedicated practice, skill-building, and grounded integration. We’ll work directly with the patterns that hijack your voice: over-explaining, shutting down, people-pleasing, snapping, going vague, or saying nothing until it’s too late. You can expect:
- Kundalini Yoga + Meditation to regulate intensity, strengthen steadiness, and support clean expression.
- Embodied communication practice (not performance): posture, breath, timing, and energetic boundaries.
- Speaking from different chakras/centers: explore how your message changes depending on where it’s coming from—defense, approval-seeking, or clarity.
- Tools to unhook emotion from the message: not suppressing feeling, but metabolizing charge so you can stay connected and speak cleanly.
- Guided partner/small-group practice (optional): deep listening, truth-telling, and co-regulation—without pressure to overshare.
- Sound + Integration to anchor the work beyond the intellect.
- Take-home support: a 40-day meditation practice + workbook to bring it into daily life.
And yes—there will be time to soak, unplug, and let the work land.
