(Re)Parenting Empowerment
With Meg Judge and Kim Holman
March 10 - 12, 2026
Reparenting is understanding and giving ourselves what we did not receive in childhood.
For example maybe you experienced:
- Not feeling heard / having a voice
- Lack of autonomy / choice
- Feeling like a burden
Many things influence the patterns and conditioning we grew up with including:
- Societal influences
- Parenting styles
- Trauma
- Religion
- and more
Through this retreat we offer an opportunity to reflect on how these past experiences affect us today, potentially through repeated patterns, triggers, or negative self-talk. Acknowledging parts of ourselves that were not supported in the past allows us to be present in our current relationships, so that among other things, we can:
- Co-create healthy relationships
- Advocate for ourselves
- Identify where in our lives we have support, need support, and can find support
We invite you to participate in this impactful mid-week retreat where you will learn how to recognize and work with your inner child so you can see, hear, and acknowledge yourself now.
Reparenting yourself builds a foundation for intentional, compassionate relationships with others including:
- yourself
- partners
- grandchildren
- co-workers
- children
- our own parents
The patterns and conditioning that we grew up with, whether conscious or unconscious, affect us deeply in our everyday lives. This retreat gives you a place to learn tools, receive support, and begin to practice and integrate the skill of reparenting within the deeply nourishing environment that Breitenbush offers.
Through this retreat you will learn how to:
- Trace triggers back to belief systems
- Unpack the layers that led to nervous system activation
- Transform triggers into self-awareness and choice
- and more
Gift yourself this unique opportunity to nurture your body, mind, and soul!
