🌿 Daily Meditation & Breathwork
- Begin each morning with guided breathwork and meditation to center your mind and cultivate presence.
- Wind down with an evening meditation for relaxation and reflection.
🌟 Time for Rest & Reflection
- Soak in Breitenbush’s natural hot springs.
- Explore scenic trails surrounded by old-growth forest.
- Journal, reflect or simply be in the peaceful surroundings.

Friday Evening – Arrival & Grounding
4:00–6:00 PM: Arrival & Check-in Settle in and acclimate to the serene surroundings of Breitenbush Hot Springs.
6:00–7:00 PM: Dinner Enjoy a nourishing meal to begin your journey of renewal.
7:15–8:30 PM: Opening Circle & Yin Yoga – Deep Release Begin with a grounding session to release travel tension, set intentions, and ease into the weekend. Focus on the hips, spine, and shoulders to encourage deep relaxation, incorporating breath awareness and stillness.
8:30–9:00 PM: Silent Meditation with Healing Frequencies Music End the day with a silent meditation session accompanied by healing frequencies music to promote deep relaxation and restful sleep.
Saturday – Flow, Stillness & Deep Rest
8:00–9:00 AM: Breakfast Savor a healthy breakfast to fuel your day.
10:00–10:30 AM: Morning Breathwork & Meditation Gentle breathwork to awaken the senses, followed by a guided meditation for clarity and presence.
10:30–12:00 AM: Vinyasa Flow – Rise & Energize A dynamic yet accessible class designed to build warmth, open the body, and cultivate strength.
1:00–2:00 PM: Lunch & Free Time Enjoy a delightful lunch and take advantage of free time to explore or relax.
4:00–5:30 PM: Restorative Yoga A deeply relaxing session with props for full support, allowing for profound rest and rejuvenation.
6:00–7:00 PM: Dinner Share a delicious dinner with fellow participants.
8:30–9:00 PM: Evening Breathwork & Meditation End the day with a soothing session of breathwork and meditation to promote restful sleep.
Sunday – Integration & Closing
8:00–9:00 AM: Breakfast Enjoy your final breakfast at the retreat.
10:00–10:30 AM: Morning Breathwork & Meditation Start the day with centering breath practice and set intentions for post-retreat integration.
10:30–12:00 AM: Gentle Yoga & Closing Circle Engage in soft movements, gratitude practice, and reflections to close the retreat.
12:30 PM: Checkout from Accommodations Prepare for departure and ensure all belongings are packed.
1:00 PM: Farewell Lunch Enjoy your final nourishing meal, share goodbyes, and leave feeling refreshed and restored.
