Step into the wilderness with breath.  This is an invitation for you to join us for a weekend of healing and rejuvenation.  You will be led through a series of Introspective Breathwork sessions to deepen your connection with self. This is a space to heal the parts of you that were left behind in the challenges of life, and open to the expanse of who you have always been.  You will be supported by a trained breath-worker and licensed therapists to support and guide you in this journey.

In this retreat, you will be led through guided meditations, breathwork sessions, introspective journaling prompts and holding space for one another. Through these experiential activities, you will be co-creating the container for yourself and others and be held by the loving environment of the hotsprings.  This journey is a choice to heal and nourish yourself.

Why Join Us

This is an opportunity to give yourself the gift of healing and growing in a natural way in a remarkable place.  With the assistance of the power of breath you will bring into awareness the parts of you that need healing and love.  With the support of the forest and the hot springs ; you will integrate into wholeness in a way that brings lightness and peace.

Who Should Attend

Adults who are interested in becoming more of their authentic self, are ready to release blockages and old patterns, are willing to hold space for themselves and others without judgement.  It is helpful for people to have support in their home environment and community for integration after the weekend.

What is Introspective Breathwork?

There are many types of breathwork.  Conscious Connected Breath, or Introspective breathwork is a continuous breath cycle that takes you deep into your body and psyche and unlocks your internal wisdom & healing.  This style is similar to Holotropic Breathwork in that it can be very activating and move a lot of energy through the body.  Introspective Breathwork is designed to be a more tailored approach.  It  can span from very relaxing and integrating to invigorating and cathartic.  This depends largely on the intentions of each participant.
