Soak & Sol
With Dallas Bain and Barb Dersch
September 20 - 22, 2026
As summer turns to fall, the light and dark meet in perfect balance. At this autumnal retreat, we invite you to slow down, focus inward, be surrounded by nature, and cultivate equanimity with mind, body, and soul.
Through fall equinox themed yoga practices, daily meditation, journaling, and breathwork, take an intentional pause to release the excess of summer, ground the nervous system, and create space for clarity. As the Earth transitions into the darker, quieter half of the year- this is a time to gather your energy, tend the inner fire, and come home to balance.
As the light changes and a cycle comes to an end, there is a chance to align with nature, turn the gaze inward, and begin again. Whether you’re seeking reflection, nervous system nourishment, or a soulful seasonal reset- find your own sense of balance at this retreat. A container to honor the Self, honor the balance of light and dark within/around, and embrace autumn’s steadiness.
This retreat is for yoga practitioners, healers, and nature lovers alike. Come as you are, soak in warm waters, wander mossy forest trails, bask in the quiet presence and spaciousness of the land, and be in full alignment with the seasons of nature.
*CEU’s available for instructors.
