Join us for a rejuvenating Yoga retreat where you can immerse yourself in the serene beauty of nature while deepening your practice through daily Yoga sessions tailored to all levels. Unwind with a soothing sound bath that will harmonize your mind, body, and spirit, and take part in guided inward reflection sessions designed to enhance self-awareness and mental well-being. Whether you’re seeking relaxation, self-discovery, or a holistic approach to wellness, this retreat offers the perfect opportunity to recharge and renew in a tranquil and nurturing environment.

Schedule

Day 1: September 27th

3-4 pm: Arrival – The staff will assist you in locating your accommodations at the front office. Drop off your belongings, dress comfortably for the weather, and join me at the labyrinth while waiting for others to arrive.

4:00 pm:  As you walk through the labyrinth, express gratitude for the journey of life and the blessings you have received. Take time to appreciate the beauty of your surroundings and the opportunity for self-discovery.

5:00 pm: Welcome Circle—This is a space to gather, set intentions, and support one another. Share experiences, challenges, or aspirations—especially those that stir your soul. Let’s create a safe and empowering environment where authenticity thrives.

(This will take place by the river. If the weather doesn’t permit, we will have the welcome circle at 7 pm.)

6:00 pm: Dinner (Please consider sitting with someone you don’t know)

7:00 pm: Walk to the river and hot springs

7:45 pm: Sound Bath

8:30 pm: Personal hot spring soaking

 

Day 2: September 28th

7 am: Morning Yoga (Hatha Yoga for all levels)

8 am: Breakfast (Please consider sitting with someone you don’t know)

9 am: Check-In Time by the Main Lodge

9:30 am: Hike

1:00 pm: Lunch (Try sitting with someone new for a chance to connect)

2-4 pm: Quiet Time/Personal Hot Spring Soaking

4:00 pm: Yogic Breath Work

4:30 pm: Sound Bath and Meditation

5:00 pm: Inward Reflection Guided Questions, followed by Journaling

6:00 pm: Dinner (Please consider sitting with someone you don’t know)

7:00 pm:  Labyrinth Walk – Reflect on one thing you wish to release and burn away and one you aim to acquire or manifest in your life. Write descriptions of these intentions on a piece of paper. Later, we’ll gather for a fire ceremony to symbolically release what no longer serves us and embrace new opportunities for growth and positive change.

8:30 pm: Fire Ceremony (fire season permitting) 

9:00 pm: Personal hot spring soaking 

 

Day 3: September 29th

7:00 am: Morning Yoga (Hata Yoga for all levels)

8:00 am: Breakfast (Please consider sitting with someone you don’t know)

9:00 am: Sound Bath (Hero’s Journey)

10:00 am: Closing Circle

11:00 am: Personal hot Springs soaking 

12:30 pm Check out from your accommodations

1:00 pm: Lunch  

 

Optional: If you have a paddle board and a water access permit, please feel free to paddle board on the Detroit River with us.
