I highly recommend Tahirih and her retreats. Though I have only participated in one of her retreats, I can imagine her other retreats (and other classes) are just as amazing, if not better. I am looking forward to the next retreat or event I can do with Tahirih as a facilitator. I participated on a weekend retreat at Breitenbush Hot Springs in OR that she led. It entailed healing crystal bowl sound baths, yoga, journaling and inward reflection, group discussions, and hot springs.
She creates a warm, safe, positive space for inward reflection, self-compassion, personal growth and interpersonal connection as well. She asks challenging questions that promote deep thought and discussion but does this gently and with kindness. Tahirih also offered multiple variations for all levels in yoga classes. It is obvious she approaches these classes and retreats with careful thought and truly wants to help people improve their mental and physical self, wherever they may be currently on their own journey.
