Ann Curry RYT, PA-C, MHS, HEC-C

Ann has been a student of meditation and yoga for 25 years and has completed over 1200 days in meditation and yoga retreats.  She began practicing yoga in her 20s while living in Brooklyn, NY and started meditating shortly after while entering a Physician Assistant program in Philadelphia, PA.  

Her daily life includes practicing as a Physician Assistant in Palliative Care and building community in Prescott, AZ and at Skull Valley Lavendar Farm (www.skullvalleylavender.com).  She is skilled in leading retreats, holding space, and accompaniment – especially during life transitions.  She is passionate about women’s health, integrating plant and western medicine, and resting to restore.  She has taught gentle and restorative yoga in Tucson and Prescott, AZ.  

In her spare time she helps to run Skull Valley Lavender Farm and is an avid journaler and reader.  She draws on Buddhist and Yogic traditions and is inspired by teachers including Pema Chodron, Roshi Joan Halifax, Tsultrim Allione, Corina Benner, Will Duncan, and many others.
