Ivana is a mental health therapist based in Portland, Oregon, specializing in helping couples and individuals navigate relationship challenges, trauma, and significant life transitions. With over 12 years of experience, Ivana has been dedicated to hosting the “Love That Lasts: Gottman’s Seven Principles for Couples” workshops, guiding countless couples toward stronger, more fulfilling relationships.
Trained through the Gottman Institute, Ivana integrates the Gottman Method with other evidence-based practices, including EMDR, IFS, CBT, Attachment Theory, and Mindfulness, to offer a holistic and personalized therapeutic approach.
Passionate about fostering better communication, rekindling intimacy, and helping couples recognize and overcome defensive patterns, Ivana brings a warm, accepting, and empowering presence to every workshop.
Outside of practice, Ivana finds inspiration and resilience in nature, enjoying mountain climbing and cold-water exposure.
