Katie Cooley

Katie is a healthcare well-being leader and coach with almost two decades of experience.

She uniquely combines personal wellness support with an embodied approach. She excels at working with people to rebuild and restructure internally when life feels stuck. Her expertise extends to Hatha yoga, Katonah yoga, injury recovery, changing self-limiting worldviews and stress management.

Katie’s formal training includes a Master’s in Integrative Medicine & Health Sciences from Saybrook University. In addition to that she has over 600 hours of advanced yoga training and is a Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach.
